Open Question: How come I can't continue in Strider in Capcom Classics Collection Vol 2 for the PS2 after I load a saved game?
I have Capcom Classics Collection Vol 2 for the Playstation 2. When I play Strider, I can continue forever. However when I save a game from Strider and load it later, it won't let me continue when the continue screen comes up. Any ideas why? It doesn't seem to happen on other saved titles. Has anyone else had this problem?
Open Question: I'm trying to figure out the best feed for my horse!?
My horse was on blue seal vintage gold because he had dropped weight, however it made him a little crazy. I added more hay and switched him to blue seal strider he did well but I'm not sure if that's the right food for him... Is that the right food? He's a 12 year old 14hh morgan x, he gets ridden for about an hour (walk, trot canter) 3-5 days a week. He's kept on pasture in a run in shed on dirt (not really enough pasture to feed on) I plan on increasing his work to 2 hours a day, 5 days a week including jumping by the spring.

I am writing a story, and I am in need of some good names for a couple of horses. (I used all my creativity on the humans' names) One of the horses is a light draft stallion of light to dark grey coloring. He doesn't play a large role in the story; he is currently named Strider, because I needed a "filler" name, but I don't like it. It would be cool if his name was somehow connected to a fairytale or one of the Chronicles of Narnia, but it doesn't have to be. The other horse is a chestnut mare who is like the main character's best friend. She saves her owner's life, and carries her owner into a battle. The mare doesn't play a huge role, either, but she is important. I named her Dancer, which I am okay with but not crazy about. Her name needs to be something pretty and feminine (sp?), and again, you could pull something out of Narnia. Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks! I would love to name the grey stallion Aslan, but I don't know how people would react to me using CS Lewis' name in my book. Although, he did just use the Turkish word for lion; it's not like he made the name up.

I have a new cat and have two names I'm thinking of naming him. Either Apollo or Strider. I like them for different reasons. Apollo: Greek God of the sun, fits with the cat's appearance, as he is a spotted bengal and has a glittery coat. But I'm not sure about the name because it has three syllables and I'm not sure if it would be too hard to say repeatedly, as well as for the cat to respond to. Strider: Has two syllables, so it's easier to say. But I don't know the cat's personality yet, so I don't know if it would fit this name. Although it is the name of a person (in Lord of the Rings), so maybe that wouldn't matter too much. Which one do you prefer? If you had a cat with a longer name (more than two syllables) do you shorten it or wish it was shorter?

Resolved Question: How do I get better at Cross Country?
We ran a 3 mile today in practice with like a 30 second break between each mile, and my times were: 6:20, 6:30, 5:50 I want to improve, but I noticed I am not taking big enough steps when I run, I am used to doing springs in lacrosse and taking littler steps for speed. Can anyone help me out? I have practice every night so is their anything I can do besides practice taking longer striders during practice? I also get out of breathe really easily, but I think that is because my strides are not long enough - and I am 6'1" tall just incase that matters. My first mile was 6:10, not 6:20 i meant I am used to doing sprints in LaCrosse.
